Ensenada is a small port city about an hour and a half from Tijuana. It’s best known for its cool weather during the summer and fresh seafood. I’m almost 100% sure that Ensenada fish tacos, which are amazing, are the inspiration for Rubios restaurants. The set of pictures at the bottom were taken in September of 2007 with my Canon SD630.
